Situated in the plains of Brahmaputra, at an altitude of 118 m above sea level, Dibru-Saikhowa is a safe asylum for many rare and scarce species of wild life. Jim Corbett National Park- A Wacky Experience

Home to a variety of flora and fauna, Jim Corbett is famous for feral population of Tigers, Leopards and Elephants. Corbett national park established in 1936, is Asia’s first national park and India’s first Tiger Reserve supports an array of plant life making it the idyllic haunt for tiger.

Corbett lies in the Nainital, Pauri Garwhal and Bijnore Districts of Uttaranchal.Its geographical location, present an outstanding array of landscapes. Attractions in Corbett

Wildlife in Panna National Park

Panna National Park is an astonishing park in   Madhya Pradesh, India. Situated around 57 km from Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, it covers an area of 543 sqkm by dense forest and has a rich source of flora and fauna. You can carry camera along with you but, some charges are to be paid for that. Try to keep the Park clean. Do not through rappers and waste all around in the park. Though these are few small points but following these guidelines can help in preserving the flora and fauna of Panna National Park . Although the park is opened throughout the year but the best time to visit Panna National Park is the time in between November to April.

Sunderban National Park

Sunderban National Park is located at the Southern tip of West Bengal. The dense forest of Sunderban has a vast range of natural Flora and Fauna. It got its name from one of the mangrove plants known as Sundari. It is the largest Tiger Reserve and National Park in India.

Sundarban National Park, home of Royal Bengal Tigers is the place to feel the essence of spirituality. The best time to visit the Sunderban National Park is the time between October and March. It is easy to get there through all means of transport.

Kanha National Park

Ranthambore National Park

Nestling in the Aravali hills, in the midst of the arid plains and denuded tracts of Rajasthan in North India, lies Ranthambhore. Ranthambhore National  Park is hailed as one of India’s finest wildlife sanctuaries. A hunting reserve for the Maharajas of Jaipur, the park was once open to only the select few.

But gone are the days of it being the destination of royal hunting parties, Ranthambhore is now strictly a home to India’s wildlife. Nearly 400 sq kms, the Park is set between the Aravalli and Vindhya range, its forests once a part of the magnificent jungles of central India. Today, Ranthambore is famous for its tigers and is often referred to as the best place to see these majestic predators of the wild.

Ranthambore’s unique climatic and vegetation features have given rise to forests that are dry and open with little and shunted ground cover. This makes wildlife viewing relatively easier on the safari. And three major lakes Rajbaugh, Milak talao and Padam talao serve as watering holes for the herbivorous and carnivorous creatures that inhabit this National Park.

Ranthambore National Park

Bandhavgarh National Park

Bandhavgarh National Park is named after the highest hill Bandhavgarh that is in the center of the park. It is situated on the land of Umaria, MP. This Park covers the geographical area of 437 sq. km. It was founded in elepahnt1 1968 as a National Park and in 1993 as a tiger reserve. In the ancient time it was “shikargarh” for the maharaja’s of rewa. It is one of the best places to explore the beauty of nature. Bandhavgarh National Park is famous for being a natural hub for white tigers. It contains the wide variety of rabbits and tigers. The forest is blossom with Sal and bamboo trees.

Kanha National Park

Kanha National Park was established as a sanctuary in 1933. The two famous valleys Halon and Banjar were the hunting ground  for British. Banjar was declared as National Park in 1955 and later it was  renamed as tiger_1 Kanha National Park. It is an outstanding national park in India for the lovers of deer. Swamp deer can be noted here as the last remaining population. Other breads found here are spotted deer, barking deer, and Barasingha.  The park is jeweled with the river Halon in the east and Banjar in the west. It is the enjoyable place for the bird watcher. There are around 175 varieties of birds in the park.
